Students Experience "How It's Made IRL" in Fall Co-Curricular
The Co-Curricular, led by the Shop’s Coby Unger, toured various facilities last semester, where students learned how things get made in manufacturing settings. Locations included: Novolex/Waddington North America, Multiscale Systems, The Boston Globe, Starrett Tools, The MBTA, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Dunkin' Donuts, United Tool and Emuge Franken. Read more. 
 
Surprises In Store for Mechanical Prototyping Students!

SAG is Coming!
The Student Academic Grant (SAG) Spring Applications will be emailed on Jan. 26, 2026, with a due date of Feb. 9, 2026, by 5 p.m.
 
Thurs., Feb. 12: Olin Art Gallery Opening Reception
12 p.m. - 2 p.m. / Milas Hall Art Gallery
There will be an opening reception for the art exhibit, The Accidental Artist, by David Teng Olsen. David is a new media artist who originally trained as a biomedical engineer. He now teaches Media Arts and Science courses in the Studio Art Department at Wellesley College.
